Trojan Facilities Management is recruiting an experienced Mobile Commercial Cleaner to support our growing portfolio across Yorkshire and nationwide.
This is a mobile role, working across a wide range of commercial environments including offices, gyms, and leisure facilities, delivering consistently high standards.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
We operate a 24/7 service, with the majority of shifts taking place between 9:00pm – 9:00am. Flexibility is essential, as working hours will vary depending on business needs.
A 4-week rota will be provided in advance. You are expected to manage your time effectively and take ownership of your assigned sites.

The Role
As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities by contacting prospective commercial customers and introducing Trojan Facilities Management’s services.

• 8–12 conversations with decision-makers each day
• Book 3–5 qualified appointments each week
• Generate 1–2 new customer wins per month (either directly or from appointments booked)
• Maintain 100% accurate CRM records following every customer interaction.
• Deliver a professional customer experience on every call.
• Consistently contribute towards individual and team sales targets.
Performance will be reviewed regularly through one-to-one coaching sessions, call reviews and monthly performance meetings.
