Location: Yorkshire (Mobile Role)

Trojan Facilities Management is recruiting an experienced Mobile Commercial Cleaner to support our growing portfolio across Yorkshire and nationwide.

This is a mobile role, working across a wide range of commercial environments including offices, gyms, and leisure facilities, delivering consistently high standards.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

We operate a 24/7 service, with the majority of shifts taking place between 9:00pm – 9:00am. Flexibility is essential, as working hours will vary depending on business needs.

A 4-week rota will be provided in advance. You are expected to manage your time effectively and take ownership of your assigned sites.

At Trojan, we don’t just clean — we deliver standards. This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, works proactively, and represents the company professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out commercial cleaning across:

  • Offices
  • Gyms and leisure facilities
  • Communal areas
  • Washrooms
  • Kitchens
  • Corridors and entrances
  • Travel between multiple sites daily as part of a mobile cleaning role
  • Use cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals safely in line with COSHH regulations

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage multiple commercial cleaning sites, support and train staff, maintain high standards, and act as the key point of contact for clients. This is a hands-on, mobile role with on-call responsibility.

  • Training staff and delivering ongoing support on site
  • Creating, implementing, and maintaining SOPs
