Key Responsibilities:

•Window cleaning using water-fed pole systems (up to 63ft)

•Cleaning of windows, doors, frames, and sills

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician – Part Time (16–21 Hours)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to support a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

•Carrying out general maintenance and repair works

Mobile Commercial Cleaner (Part Time)

Location: Yorkshire (Mobile Role)

Trojan Facilities Management is recruiting an experienced Mobile Commercial Cleaner to support our growing portfolio across Yorkshire and nationwide.

This is a mobile role, working across a wide range of commercial environments including offices, gyms, and leisure facilities, delivering consistently high standards.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

We operate a 24/7 service, with the majority of shifts taking place between 9:00pm – 9:00am. Flexibility is essential, as working hours will vary depending on business needs.

A 4-week rota will be provided in advance. You are expected to manage your time effectively and take ownership of your assigned sites.

At Trojan, we don’t just clean — we deliver standards. This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, works proactively, and represents the company professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out commercial cleaning across:

Offices
Gyms and leisure facilities
Communal areas
Washrooms
Kitchens
Corridors and entrances
Travel between multiple sites daily as part of a mobile cleaning role
Use cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals safely in line with COSHH regulations
Follow cleaning schedules, method statements, and company SOPs at all times
Complete site checklists and report any issues, defects, or concerns promptly
Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Work independently and take ownership of your sites and responsibilities
Represent Trojan Facilities Management in a professional and positive manner

Additional Requirements (The Trojan Way)

We operate nationwide, and from time to time you will be required to attend one-off, specialist, or project works outside of Yorkshire
Advance notice will always be provided, however flexibility is a non-negotiable part of this role
You will be expected to support the wider team by covering sickness, holidays, and additional workload when required
The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel where required to support business needs
This role is for someone who understands that we deliver, wherever the job is

Location: Multiple sites (mobile role)

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage multiple commercial cleaning sites, support and train staff, maintain high standards, and act as the key point of contact for clients. This is a hands-on, mobile role with on-call responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Training staff and delivering ongoing support on site
Creating, implementing, and maintaining SOPs
Following and maintaining Health & Safety procedures and compliance
Participating in an on-call rota to support operational needs
Carrying out regular on-site audits and quality inspections
Managing multiple sites and day-to-day operations
Setting up and mobilising new sites and contracts
Liaising professionally with clients and site managers
